Series-TT03 Digital Torque Meter
Series TT03 torque gauges include a hard-wired sensor with Jacobs chuck.
USB connector and AC power input jack are conveniently located in the side of the gauge housing.
The Series-TT03 comes in a kit complete with case, software and certificate.
TT03 torque gauge is shown mounted to a TST manual torque test stand.
AC1100 features an adjustable angle mount for the indicator or torque gauge.
MESUR® Lite is a basic data collection program which tabulates data received from a Mark-10 force or torque gauge and allows for exporting of data to Excel.
The optional MESUR® gauge software is an advanced data collection program designed to interface with Mark-10 gauges and test stands. The program tabulates and plots load vs. time, and provides a number of sophisticated test setup, analysis, and reporting tools.
Digital Torque Meter for torque testing applications
The TT03 Torque tester is a versatile device suitable for torque testing in a laboratory environment as for field testing applications. With its compact aluminum housing the TT03 can be used in a test stand setup or as handheld device depending on the circumstances and requirements. It can measure in clockwise and counter-clockwise torque testing applications.
The TT03 consists of a digital indicator connected to a dedicated remote torque sensor that is available in a 6 type capacity range from 7 Ncm to 1150 Ncm. The device features a 2000 Hz sampling rate and has an accuracy of ±0.5% of full scale with a backlit display that shows current and peak torque readings for each direction, set points, pass/fail indicators, rotation direction, units of measurements and an analog load bar with setpoint markers.
MESUR® Lite data acquisition software is included to exported the data through a USB connection with the included USB data cable for tabulation of continuous or individual data points. One-click export to Excel allows for further data manipulation.
