Tension Sensors & Electronics

Tension sensors and the electronics that read them are used where a meter alone will not do — building continuous tension measurement into a machine, reaching higher line speeds, or feeding a closed-loop control system. In-line sensors convert running-line tension into an electrical signal, while indicators and amplifiers condition that signal into a calibrated reading and software logs and reports it. Matching capacity, mounting and output to the host line is what makes the chain work.
