Return Policy

As Checkline Europe B.V. operates exclusively in the B2B sector, no consumer cooling-off right applies. Returns are not accepted as a standard procedure. However, in exceptional cases and only with prior written approval from Checkline Europe, a return may be permitted at the sole discretion of the Seller.

Should a return be authorised, the following conditions will apply unless otherwise agreed:

• Products must be unused, in their original packaging and in resalable condition.
• A restocking fee of at least 15% may be applied.
• All shipping and handling costs related to the return are the responsibility of the Purchaser.
• An official Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number must be issued and clearly referenced.
