Wire Crimp & Pull Testing
Wire crimp pull testing verifies the mechanical integrity of crimped terminals by measuring the force needed to separate the conductor from the terminal — a critical check in automotive, aerospace and electronics manufacturing. Dedicated crimp pull testers combine the gauge, fixturing and wire grips required to test to standards such as IPC/WHMA-A-620 and USCAR-21. Wire-gauge range, capacity and throughput decide which one fits.
