Series-TT02 Torque Tool Tester for (Electric) Screw Drivers
To operate the TT02 torque tester, simply place the torque tool into the universal receptacle and twist. The readout will show the real time or peak torque value in the clockwise or counterclockwise direction. Shown here witha manual torque tool.
Optional mounting kit secures the TT02 to a bench for horizontal orientation.
Optional AC1066-1 and AC1066-2 rundown fixtures feature an enclosed design, and are available in two models to simulate soft and hard joints.

MESUR® Lite is a basic data collection program which tabulates data received from a Mark-10 force or torque gauge and allows for exporting of data to Excel.
MESUR® gauge is an advanced data collection program designed to interface with Mark-10 gauges and test stands. The program tabulates and plots load vs. time, and provides a number of sophisticated test setup, analysis, and reporting tools.
Series-TT02 Torque Tool Tester for (Electric) Screw Drivers
The Series TT02 torque tool testers provide a solution for testing smaller powered and manual torque tools like screwdrivers and wrenches.
This compact torque tester is equipped with a universal 3/8”square and comes standard with a 1/4” hex to 3/8” adapter, measures torque in both directions and calculates 1st and 2nd peaks for click type tools.
The TT02 provides reliable and consistent results with its accuracy of 0,3% and 7000 Hz sampling rate. An internal memory storage of 1000 measurements combined with USB, RS-232, Mitutoyo, and analog outputs assure all data is saved and can be processed. Password protection saves the data from an accidental delete or unauthorized changes to setup or calibration.
Data is transferred to a computer through the standard USB cable and MESUR® Lite data acquisition software. Downloaded data can be exported to Excel for further processing
An optional rundown fixture, AC1066-1 and/or -2, can be used to simulate soft and hard joints.
The TT02 is not suited for use with impact tools.
