MESUR® Lite is a basic data collection program which tabulates data received from a Mark-10 force or torque gauge and allows for exporting of data to Excel.
MESUR® gauge is an advanced data collection program designed to interface with Mark-10 gauges and test stands. The program tabulates and plots load vs. time, and provides a number of sophisticated test setup, analysis, and reporting tools.
Series-5 Advanced Digital Force Gauge
The Series-5 Force Gauge is compatible with a wide range of (motorized) stands and attachments to suit your requirement.
This force gauge can measure compression and tension and is available in 16 ranges of 0,5 (0.12lb) to 10 kN (2000lbF).
A sampling rate of 7.000 Hz, an accuracy of ±0,1% of full scale and a resolution of 1/5000 provide a force gauge that is capable of highly accurate force measurement in a wide range of applications and industries.
Its easy menu navigation makes for efficient use of the extensive features and configurable parameters.
The Series-5 Force Gauge is equipped with a memory for up to 1000 measurements with statistical calculations, average force over time, external trigger modes and data output.
Data connectivity is provided through RS-232, Mitutoyo (Digimatic), USB or analog outputs.
The Digital Mark-10 Series Force Gauge range is available in a variation of 5 gauges with each gauge type available in a scale of force ranges.
Each type of gauge has its own specifications, the table below shows the main specifications of each gauge type.
All gauges types are equipped with a rechargeable battery, a back lit display and reversible aluminum housing.
The Series-# Digital Force Gauges are designed to be used for measuring tension and compression forces.
All gauges except for the Series-2 come with MESUR® Lite data acquisition software.
MESUR® Lite tabulates continuous or single point data. One-click export to Excel allows for further data manipulation.
Mark-10 Digital Force Gauges are versatile instruments, in general they are combined with additional equipment to a purposely build system to perform the required tasks.
