G1099
The G1099 puncture fixture determines puncture resistance in combination with a force gauge. The needle retracts when not in use (shown here extended for illustration purposes only).
G1099 is shown here attached to an M3-50 force gauge.
A safety slot prevents the needle from protruding when not in use, even while pushing on the fixture.
G1099 is here shown in a gypsum board puncture force application with an M3-50 force gauge.
The G1014A Needle Replacement Kit includes 4 needles, set screw, and hex key.
