TST Manual Torque Test Stand

The TST vertical manual torque test stand is shown with a Model 5I force/torque indicator and Series R50 torque sensor.

The TSTH horizontal manual torque test stand is shown with a Model 3I force/torque indicator and Series R50 torque sensor.

Rotating mounting plate contains a matrix of threaded holes for grip and fixture mounting.

Optional digital angle indicator is useful for torsion spring testing, medical device testing and other applications

Optional axial compensator allows for vertical movement in the sample during a torque test.

The TST vertical and TSTH horizontal manual torque test stands are developed for a variety of test applications up to 11,5 Nm, and measures clockwise and counter-clockwise. Like the TSTM-DC test stands they can be used for fastener torque testing, bottle cap testing, torsion spring testing and more.

The TST torque test stand is lever operated to support the up and down movement, torque transfer is generated through a smooth hand wheel operation that turns the torque loading plate with tapped holes. Torque sensors are mounted directly to the column of the test stand and are available in various models and capacities.

An optional digital angle indicator is useful for torsion spring testing, medical device testing, and other applications.

The TST(H) requires a torque indicator like the Model 3I, 5I or 7I, that displays the torque value measured by a torque sensor. The TST(H) is a test stand only, In order to measure torque, a torque sensor, display and appropriate test fixtures are needed.
