Bench-mounted torque tester for quick verification of torque wrenches, screwdrivers and compatible power tools

The TT-QC Torque Tool Tester is designed for fast torque-tool checks at the workstation. It measures torque in both clockwise and counter-clockwise directions and is suitable for checking click, dial and digital torque wrenches, torque screwdrivers and compatible powered torque tools.

Three operating modes — Track, Peak and First Peak — support different tool types and verification methods. High and low limits provide immediate visual feedback, while internal memory can store up to 999 readings for later review or transfer through the RS-232 interface.

The TT-QC can be configured for horizontal or vertical tool testing. The optional QC-ROTARY swivel mount allows the display orientation to be changed where greater mounting flexibility is required.

Powered tools require a suitable run-down fixture / joint simulator. The TT-QC is not intended for testing impact wrenches or use with torque multipliers.
