    G1105 Cork Pull Fixture

    The G1105 Cork Extraction Fixture is designed to measure the force required to extract the cork from a bottle in conformance with the ISO 9727 standard.
    This purpose-built fixture is designed to make measuring the cork extraction process seamless and accurate.

    The G1105 fixture can accommodate bottles with a capacity of up to 1.5 liters with natural or synthetic stoppers.

    Using the G1105 is easy, simply load your bottle onto the spring-loaded tray with the neck securely held in place by the upper bracket.
    Delrin is used to prevent damaging the bottle neck from the upper bracket. The supplied corkscrew is threaded into the cork and connected to the swivel hook.
    The hook is connected to the load cell or force gauge in the test stand.

    It is recommended to use a F Series motorized test stand or a force gauge in combination with an ES30 manual test stand. Depending on the type of test stand an extension may be required to accommodate for the height of the fixture.
