The G1095/96/97 series of 3-point / 4-point Bend test fixtures is developed as a versatile bend test system that conforms to ASTM C393, C1161, D790, and related standards.

This comprehensive range of bend fixtures is purpose-built for both 3-point and 4-point bend testing across a diverse array of materials, including plastics, metals, ceramics, and tubing. Available in two distinct base sizes, each fixture comes equipped with an upper anvil and the option to select the preferred support diameters. Choose a base-anvil combination for 3-point bend testing or opt for two bases for 4-point bend testing.

The bases of these fixtures feature movable blocks with multiple V-grooves, designed to accommodate various support diameters. As a standard inclusion, 10 mm diameter supports are provided, with the option to choose from a range of other sizes to suit your specific needs.

Additionally, the fixtures come complete with engraved rulers that are dual-graduated, featuring both inch and millimeter scales on opposite sides. They also feature integrated eye-end mounting, which requires an eye-end adapter for seamless compatibility with Mark-10 force gauges, force sensors, and test stands. For added convenience, the bases are equipped with thru-holes and mounting screws, allowing for direct attachment to specific test stands.

Additional kits with 1 mm, 2 mm, and 5 mm support diameters accommodate other testing requirements. Each kit includes four supports and eight o-rings.
