HPX DLP Ultrasonic Thickness Gauge


The HPX DLP ultrasonic thickness gauge is developed to measure materials with low consistency, coarse grain structure, or increased thickness. These materials are more difficult to penetrate with the ultrasonic signal, using multiple high-voltage pulser options and filters tuned for lower-frequency transducers (500 kHz – 10 MHz) expand the range of measurable applications while maintaining fast, accurate readings.

Typical applications include fibreglass sheets, storage tanks, aerospace composites, boat hulls, conveyor belts and other composite, rubber or plastic structures.
