    MF100 USB Sensor Interface

The MF100 USB Sensor Interface is a compact, high-accuracy module designed to connect third party strain-gauge load cells, force sensors, and torque sensors directly to a PC via USB. It converts the sensor’s analogue signal into a stable digital output, making it ideal for laboratories, quality control teams, production lines, and R&D environments that require repeatable and traceable measurements.

The MF100 supports a wide range of force and torque sensor capacities, from low-load measurements to high-capacity industrial applications. A built-in screw terminal block enables quick, solder-free wiring of compatible strain-gauge sensors, simplifying integration into new or existing test setups.

Unlike basic USB adaptors, the MF100 offers precision signal conditioning, digital filtering and real-time acquisition, ensuring consistent results even during demanding test sequences. When paired with MESUR®Flex software, users can configure sensor capacity and resolution, run a guided multi-step calibration, log data, generate reports, monitor trends, and export results instantly for further analysis.

    Key Features

    • Direct USB connectivity: Simple plug-and-play interface for transferring force, torque, or strain-gauge signals to a PC.
