R08 Tension and Compression Force Sensors

Select from three capacities, 10 to 50 kN

Unique Plug & Test® technology allows for interchangeable sensors to be used with a Mark-10 indicator. All calibration and configuration data is saved in the smart connector.

The Plug & Test® connector locks into the receptacle in the indicator when fully inserted. Dual buttons on the indicator housing release the connector for easy removal. Gold plated spring contacts ensure long lasting and reliable connection.

Capacity x Resolution - with Model M3IIndicator

Model	lbF	kgF	N	kN
MR08- 2000	2000 x 2	1000 x 1	10000 x 10	-
MR08- 5000	5000 x 5	2500 x 2	-	25 x 0.02
MR08-10000	10000 x 10	5000 x 5	-	50 x 0.05
Capacity: This value represents the maximum measurable load. All available capacities are listed for each available unit of measurement. All instruments measure from 0 to the indicated capacity. Resolution: This value represents the smallest measurable increment. For Plug & Test® sensors, the resolution depends on which indicator is used. Refer to the Capacity x Resolution tables on the particular sensor’s webpage or data sheet. Example - M5-50 Force Gauge: Pound-force Capacity x Resolution for the M5-50 force gauge is 50 x 0.01 lbF. This means that the gauge measures from 0 to 50 lbF, with increment size of 0.01 lbF, i.e., 0, 0.01, 0.02, 0.03…50.00
