The G1109 fixture has been engineered to facilitate the peel testing of a wide range of materials, including tapes, films, foil seals, and more, in accordance with ASTM standards D6862, D3330, and D903.
It boasts a maximum capacity of 500 N and offers a maximum table travel distance of 210 mm.

For added versatility, you have the option to incorporate an adjustable-angle mount(AC1079) that can tilt the fixture up to ±30°. Alternatively, an optional angle pulley adapter (AC1078) is available, allowing you to set the angle of pull anywhere between 0° and 90°, all while maintaining a level working table. This horizontal configuration is particularly well-suited for conducting seal tests on filled containers and can also be applied to tape and material testing.

This fixture is equipped with an integrated limit switch that automatically halts the motion of the test stand's crosshead when the working table has reached the end of its travel. This feature is compatible with Series F test frames and the ESM303*,

*Certain test stands require the AC1087 adapter.
