The torque testers of the HYRD series were specially developed for the precise testing of rotating torque tools such as driven torque multipliers, pneumatic, electric torque wrenches and power wrenches.
The stable aluminum frame is light and robust at the same time, so that no additional screwing of the test device is required. The ball-bearing joint simulator enables dynamic torque build-up under real conditions and protects the measuring cell from lateral forces. It also comes with a recess in the aluminum frame for the power screwdriver's support arm to enable safe testing at any time.
The accuracy is ± 0.5% of the displayed measured value, within the calibrated 5 - 100% of the capacitance measuring range.
The TT-HYRD torque tester can be ordered either with an integrated display unit or without a display. The version without display is more convenient for customers who prefer an external display or for those who use one display unit for several test devices.
