The TSC1000 Force Measurement Test Stand is built for precision testing with a large hand wheel with nut that runs over an acme thread and moves 2,5mm per revolution.
The moving part of the stand is mounted on the bottom of the column and therefore moves the loading table up or down for compression or tension measuring.
The solidly build TSC1000 series has a capacity op 5kN (5000 N) and is available in a horizontal and vertical version.
The stand includes a loading table with threaded holes for fixture or grip mounting with a 76mm space between the center of the measuring table to the column.
With the force gauge mounted in a fixed position above the moving table, all Mark 10 digital force gauges fit to the standard mounting plate.
A test setup can be completed in combination with Mark 10, attachments and gripping fixtures.
The TSC1000 test stands come in a complete kit with a number of standard accessories, depending on the version, vertical or horizontal.
In addition to the standard setup a digital travel display, TSA001, is available. For output to a pc a cable, AC1112, and a communication adapter, MRS100A, are required.
A set of wall mounts, TSA002, makes it possible to adapt the test stand to a bench or wall mounted instead of the base.
Column extensions accommodate for larger samples. Column extensions just increase the sample clearance they do not change the travel distance.
