WT-205 equiped with an ergonomic lever to easily apply force and release the sample.

The wire terminal fixture accommodates wire diameter sizes up to 6.3 mm (0.25 in) and can be rotated to the desired size.

The large graphic display and intuitive menu structure makes it easy to setup and operate this gauge.

Save and recall multiple profiles, for quick and accurate switchover to different test methods. Profiles may be named with up to 10 alphanumeric characters.

The WT-205 is powered by an AC adapter or rechargeable battery. Data can be transmitted via USB, RS-232, Mitutoyo (Digimatic), and analog outputs.

AC1049 calibration fixture accommodates all models and generations of Mark-10 wire crimp pull testers

A tester is shown mounted to an AC1049 calibration kit. Weights are not available from Mark-10 or Checkline

Optional ring terminal fixture secures ring terminations.

Optional blank fixture is available for special machining in the field, to accommodate unique sample shapes and sizes.

AC1134 Optional Bollard grip assembly. Secures the free end of the sample via a bollard and vise. Based on the model G1102 grip.

AC1133 Optional Dual roller grip assembly. Cam-action knurled rollers secure the free end of the wire. Replaces the standard wedge grip. Based on the model G1002 grip.

The standard self-tightening wedge grip secures and pulls the loose end of the cable.

MESUR® Lite is a basic data collection program which tabulates data received from a Mark-10 force or torque gauge and allows for exporting of data to Excel.

MESUR® gauge is an advanced data collection program designed to interface with Mark-10 gauges and test stands. The program tabulates and plots load vs. time, and provides a number of sophisticated test setup, analysis, and reporting tools.

WT-205 Manual Crimp Pull Tester

Important Note: The WT3-201E model has been discontinued and replaced by the WT-205.

The WT-205 is a manual crimp pull tester – also known as a crimp terminal pull tester – designed to accurately measure pull forces on cable terminals for both destructive and non-destructive testing. The manual lever mechanism allows forces up to 200 lbF (1,000 N) and ensures full compliance with UL, ISO, ASTM, SAE and MIL standards.

Profiles	WF010	Allows users to save and recall sets of test parameters, such as speed, pass/fail limits, measurement units, and more. Up to 500 profiles can be stored.
Date and time stamp	WF013	Automatically applies a date and time stamp to each stored data point.
Complete options package	WFCOMP-205	Includes all optional functions listed above.
Any of these optional functions can be purchased at the time of order or activated later in the field through a simple software-based activation process. A complete options package is also available, providing all listed features at a discounted bundle price. The tester is supplied in Demo Mode, during which all optional functions are enabled for 160 hours of operation.
