Rotating turret-style fixture, with slots of various widths up to 6.3 mm (0.25 in.).

Wedge grip secures the sample between serrated jaws.

WT-205M rear view. USB, RS-232, Mitutoyo (Digimatic), analog, and set point outputs are provided Mark-10 Force and Torque Measurement.

Optional ring terminal fixture secures ring terminations.

Optional blank fixture is available for special machining in the field, to accommodate unique sample shapes and sizes.

AC1134 Bollard grip assembly. Secures the free end of the sample via a bollard and vise. Based on the model G1102 grip.

AC1133 Dual roller grip assembly. Cam-action knurled rollers secure the free end of the wire. Replaces the standard wedge grip. Based on the model G1002 grip.

A tester is shown mounted to an AC1049 calibration kit. Weights are not available from Mark-10.

MESUR® Lite is a basic data collection program which tabulates data received from a Mark-10 force or torque gauge and allows for exporting of data to Excel.

MESUR® gauge is an advanced data collection program designed to interface with Mark-10 gauges and test stands. The program tabulates and plots load vs. time, and provides a number of sophisticated test setup, analysis, and reporting tools.

The WT-205M is a motorised crimp pull tester engineered to perform both destructive and non-destructive tests in full compliance with UL, ISO, ASTM, SAE and MIL standards. This advanced instrument accurately measures forces up to 200 lbF (1,000 N) and incorporates automated functions to optimise the crimp terminal testing process, ensuring maximum consistency and repeatability across test cycles.

Any of these optional functions can be purchased at the time of order or activated later in the field through a simple software-based activation process. The tester is supplied in Demo Mode, during which all optional functions are enabled for 160 hours of operation.
