Digital micrometer for measuring Testex Press-O-Film replica tape

The Testex Digital Micrometer RTM is purpose-designed for measuring compressed Testex Press-O-Film replica tape when determining the surface profile of blast-cleaned surfaces.

Selecting the replica tape grade automatically applies the appropriate conversion factor and subtracts the 50 µm (2 mils) backing thickness. Measurements can be displayed in microns or mils, while built-in memory stores up to 250 readings with on-screen statistics.

Stored readings can be downloaded using the supplied USB cable. USB Drive mode provides the measurements as a .csv file without requiring software or an internet connection, and the micrometer is also compatible with PosiSoft software.
