Calibration Services
Calibration provides documented measurement results that help you assess whether your instruments meet the required specifications. We calibrate force, torque, hardness, thickness, coating-thickness, moisture, tension and speed instruments, both those we supply and comparable instruments from other manufacturers, and issue a calibration certificate.
Every calibration performed by Checkline Europe includes a calibration certificate with metrological traceability to recognised measurement standards. Where an applicable calibration standard exists, we follow it and identify it on the certificate. For example, Shore A, D, AO and AM durometers are calibrated in accordance with NEN-ISO 48-9:2018. For other instruments, we follow the manufacturer's specifications.
Most of our reference equipment has been calibrated by accredited external laboratories, supporting the traceability of our measurements. Our quality management system is certified to ISO 9001:2015.
If your quality requirements call for accredited calibration, we can arrange this through an appropriately accredited third-party laboratory on special request.
