The analog Dillon X-PP force gauges are calibrated for pressure and tensile force measurements and are available in four pound and three kilogram versions with capacities up to 1000 kg or 2500 lb. The accuracy is ± 4% of the capacity.

Model X-PP dynamometers with capacities up to 250 kg / 500 lb are supplied with two self-aligning ball joint heads for tensile force measurements. The force is transmitted with a connecting piece that has to be connected to the rod ends using a slip fit.

The 1000kg / 2500 lb versions are supplied with two shackle adapters, shackles and bolts. In this case, the tensile force is transmitted via the shackles.

The shackles must be removed for pressure force measurements. All X-PP pressure and tensile force measuring devices are delivered with a spherical connecting piece for compressive force measurements.
On the underside of the X-PP force measuring devices there is a threaded hole opposite the ball.

The measuring scales are available in kilograms and pounds.

Options

Shockless dial gauge, for applications that involve an abrupt change in the applied force (the bumpless dial gauge cannot be combined with the drag pointer)
At the customer's request, the rest position of the pointer can be set to 12, 3, 6 or 9 o'clock during production. The default position is 12 p.m.
