    WTT-EMHD High-Capacity Motorised Wire Terminal Test System

    The WTT-EMHD is a high-capacity motorised wire terminal test system, designed to evaluate crimp strength on cables with diameters up to 11.8 mm and pull forces up to 6.7 kN. Available in 3.7, 5 and 6.7 kN versions, this system supports both destructive testing and optional non-destructive load-holding tests according to UL486A, ISO 67 and SAE/USCAR-21 standards.

    With its intuitive touchscreen interface, test setup and execution is straightforward and efficient. The system can also be configured for other tensile or compression tests via optional fixtures or integrated with IntelliMESUR® systems for advanced applications.

    • High load capacity: Available models to suit different test requirements: WTT-EM750HD (3.7 kN), WTT-EM1000HD (5 kN), and WTT-EM1500HD (6.7 kN).
