U-Force Mechanical Pressure Force Measurement Gauge

The mechanical Dillon U-Force pressure force measuring devices are precise, mechanical, force measuring gauges for pressure force measurements. The very flat design and the accuracy of ± 1% of the capacity have repeatedly proven themselves in all applications with limited space.

The versatility of this pressure force measuring device becomes clear when one looks at the different application possibilities. The U-Force force gauge can be used as a handheld device, stationary on a flat surface or used in a test bench.

The measuring devices of the U-Force series consist of a heat-treated deflection beam, made of a high-quality aerospace steel alloy, in order to ensure the best stability and spring properties. A precision dial gauge is mounted in the zero point of this carrier.

The pressure force is regularly applied against a pressure connector, which is located on the upper half of the carrier. If pressure is then exerted, the carrier is deflected downwards, whereby an inclined measuring probe presses on the pin of the dial gauge. The measured value displayed on the dial gauge is therefore a direct representation of the applied load.

The connectors are to be purchased separately, there are several connectors with different geometries available for each measuring range.

U-Force force gauges are available in 4 kg capacities up to 500kg and in 6 pound capacities up to 5000lb.
