Full wave capture ultrasonic thickness gauge for advanced corrosion and precision measurement

The TI-CMX10-DL combines corrosion thickness measurement and high-resolution precision measurement in one advanced ultrasonic gauge. It supports Pulse-Echo, Echo-Echo, Echo-Echo Verify and dedicated second-layer modes, with A-Scan and B-Scan recording for detailed waveform analysis and inspection review.

Time Corrected Gain (TCG), Backwall Echo Attenuation (BEA), adjustable filtering and waveform comparison help evaluate weak or complex signals on corroded, attenuative or multi-layer materials. Single-element delay-line probes can also be used for precise measurement of thin components, while compatible dual-element probes are suited to corrosion and general wall-thickness inspection.

The colour touchscreen can be used together with the physical keypad, and inspection data can be stored internally or on an external memory card. USB and Bluetooth® LE provide data connectivity, while remote screen viewing and control support collaborative inspection and review.

Transducer sold separately: the TI-CMX10-DL is supplied without a transducer because probe selection depends on the material, thickness range and inspection method. Compatible options include dual-element corrosion probes, coating-enabled probes, single-element contact and delay-line probes, and angular probes for prove-up applications.
