This advanced system combines the OS-300-3MS operating stand with the intelligent Control unit, ensuring consistent test conditions in accordance with international standards.

Fully Automatic Test Cycle

A precision stepping motor controls the vertical movement of the durometer (including optional weights), ensuring a constant approach speed to the sample. This eliminates subjective operator influence and significantly improves measurement repeatability.

Wide Durometer Compatibility

Supports both analogue and digital durometers, including seamless integration with the Checkline DD-300 digital durometers for enhanced functionality and timed measurements

Precise Height Adjustment

The integrated rack-and-pinion system with handwheels allows smooth and accurate vertical positioning of the durometer unit, accommodating a wide range of sample sizes.

Anti-Swivel Mechanism

The durometer mounting unit features an anti-rotation system, ensuring stable alignment and consistent contact with the test specimen.
