The K-50 series consists of mechanical thickness gauges designed for reliable, repeatable measurement of soft to semi-rigid materials. Typical applications include leather, textiles, cardboard, felt, rubber, plastic components, films, plywood and thin sheet materials. The robust yet lightweight aluminium housing ensures stable handling in production, inspection and laboratory environments.

Available models

K-50: Standard model with a measuring range up to 10 mm and a jaw depth of 50 mm
K-50 with lifting device: Equipped with a lifting mechanism to support controlled positioning during measurement, maintaining identical measuring characteristics
K-50-2: Extended measuring range up to 20 mm for thicker materials
K-50-3: Measuring range up to 30 mm for applications requiring increased capacity
K-50-5: Maximum measuring range up to 50 mm for very thick or compressible materials

Feeler Types

To place your order, please specify the required feeler type, for example: K-50-B for a gauge supplied with feeler B.
Note: Only the selected feeler is supplied. Additional feelers must be ordered separately.

	Feeler A For rubber, felt, soft materials and non-wovens. Does not comply with DIN EN ISO standards. Custom type A feelers with diameters from 30 to 56 mm are available on request at additional cost.
	Feeler B For rubber, felt, soft materials and non-wovens. Does not comply with DIN EN ISO standards.
	Feeler C For soft leather, cardboard, paper and films.
	Feeler D For hard leather, plywood and fibre boards.
	Feeler E For sheet metal and rigid materials.
