The D-2006 Thickness Gauge is a precise, professional instrument with a robust and stable housing. Measuring Areas and Pressures
Measuring area: up to 400 cm²
Minimum measuring pressure: 2 kPa at 1 cm² (20 g mass)
Maximum measuring pressure: 500 kPa at 1 cm² (5000 g mass)
The D-2006 allows motorized, automatic movement of the measuring probe. The measurement starts with the probe in its uppermost position and moves downward at a constant speed. When the probe contacts the sample, the electromechanical mechanism ensures that only the set measuring force is applied. The measured value is displayed, saved, and the probe returns to its initial position.
