CAP-TT05 Universal Torque Tester

The TT05 features a stainless steel loading plate with a matrix of threaded holes, to accommodate special fixtures and attachments.

Ergonomic, easy-to-use keypad makes bottle cap torque testing simple and efficient.

AC power input jack, USB, and serial connector (for RS-232, Mitutoyo, analog, and set point ouputs) are provided for power and external communication.

Optional carrying case with cushioned insert allows for safe storage and easy transportation. Provides storage space for the TT05 tester and a pocket for accessories.

The Series TT05 is especially suitable for non-axial and other special applications, they are a flexible alternative to Series TT01. The matrix of threaded holes can accommodate custom fixtures.

MESUR® Lite is a basic data collection program which tabulates data received from a Mark-10 force or torque gauge and allows for exporting of data to Excel.

The optional G1023 bottle grip is a flexible solution for many torque applications. Two sets of 4 rubber-edged gripping arms may be independently adjusted in 45° increments to accommodate a variety of bottle shapes and sizes.

MESUR® gauge is an advanced data collection program designed to interface with Mark-10 gauges and test stands. The program tabulates and plots load vs. time, and provides a number of sophisticated test setup, analysis, and reporting tools.

The optional G1058 is a universal grip for pull testing and torque testing applications. Adjustable serrated metal posts accommodate a variety of sample shapes and sizes.

Jacobs chuck grips are available in 3 sizes to accommodate a sample or fixture.
