    DXK Warp Tension Meter

    Made in Germany Analogue tension meter for static warp-thread measurements on stopped weaving machines

    The DXK is a mechanical hand-held tension meter for measuring the tension of a single warp thread or several threads while the weaving machine is stopped. Three models cover measuring ranges from 20–300 cN to 200–2000 cN.

    Its 15 × 17 cm reference frame rests directly on the warp to provide a stable measuring position, while the roller shifting mechanism helps engage the selected threads. For repeatable results, the same number of ends should be measured each time and the threads should remain in their normal alignment during measurement.
