Series-TT01 Cap Torque Testers

If you need to know how much torque is required to open or close a bottle cap or the lid on a jar the Series TT01 Cap Torque Testers is designed for the application.

With a capacity up to 11,5 Nm, an accuracy of ±0,3% a fast sample rate of 7000Hz and a variation of posts, grips and adjustable jaws the TT01 fits unique shapes and performs almost any type of torque test desired. Test samples of up to 190mm diameter wil fit the test bed. Its rugged aluminum design, and simple, intuitive operation allow for use in laboratory and production environments.

The TT01 includes USB, RS-232, Mitutoyo, and analog outputs, automatic data output and zeroing upon cap removal. A memory storage for 1,000 readings, pass/fail indicators and more. First / second peak torque detection is useful for measuring slip and breakaway torques for tamper evident closures.

Series TT01 testers include MESUR^® Lite data acquisition software. MESUR^® Lite tabulates continuous or single point data. Data stored in the TT01’s memory can also be downloaded in bulk. One-click export to Excel allows for further data manipulation.
