Series-TT01 Cap Torque Testers

To operate the TT01 torque tester, position the posts according to the shape of the bottle, turn the knob until tight, and loosen the cap. AC power input jack, USB, and serial connector (for RS-232, Mitutoyo, analog, and set point ouputs) are provided for power and external communication.

Optional extended posts are available in length of 63mm CT005 and length of 101mm CT006

CT003, Optional adjustable jaws consist of 4 rubber-edged gripping arms per jaw. Arms may be independently repositioned in 45° increments to accommodate unique samples.

The AC1036 calibration kit includes all required mounting brackets, cable, and hardware to adapt to any Series TT01 cap torque tester.

A Series TT01 torque tester is shown mounted to a workbench with the AC1036 calibration kit in use. Weights are not included.

Optional carrying case with cushioned insert allows for safe storage and easy transportation. Provides storage space for the TT01 tester and accessories.

For non-axial and other special applications, Series TT05 testers are a flexible alternative to Series TT01. The matrix of threaded holes can accommodate custom fixtures.
