    Raytek MTFS Food Safety IR Thermometer

    The Raytek® MiniTemp™ FoodSafety (MTFS) model noncontact infrared thermometer is calibrated to assure the greatest accuracy in the food critical zone of 0 to 60°C where harmful bacteria grow most rapidly.
