Non-contact infrared surface temperature measurement with an interchangeable PosiTector probe

The PosiTector IRT measures surface temperature without contacting the material. It combines a PosiTector gauge body, available in Standard or Advanced versions, with the interchangeable IRT infrared temperature probe. If you already own a compatible PosiTector body, the PRBIRT probe can be ordered separately.

The IRT probe measures surface temperatures from -70 to 380°C and features a button-activated laser pointer for targeting, adjustable emissivity and a 5.7:1 distance-to-spot ratio. It is suitable for surface temperature checks where contact measurement is impractical, including difficult-to-access surfaces and moving components when safe operating procedures permit.

With the Standard gauge body, up to 1,000 readings can be stored per probe. The Advanced body provides storage for up to 250,000 readings across multiple probes in up to 1,000 batches, plus additional connectivity and analysis functions. These body-specific functions are not features of the PRBIRT probe alone.
