Torque Limiting Screwdriver for production
The EMT Torque Screwdriver has been designed to exert a certain amount of torque. A bi-directional cam automatically releases once the set torque value has been reached, thus avoiding the risk of over-tightening.

- Adjustment ring disengages to prevent incidental torque adjustment.
- The preferred and certified ranges of these tools is in accordance with the requirements if ISO 6789:2003 (+/- 6% of setting).
- Precision radial ball clutch and cam allows for automatic resetting.
- The “positive” locking system prevents incidental torque adjustment.
- Ergonomic rubber hand grip
- Micrometer adjustment allows for accurate tool setting.
- Color coded adjustment ring allow for differentiation of models.
- Removable T-bar on larger models provides extra leverage. Note - does not affect torque setting accuracy.
- ESD compliant (IEC 61340-5-1: 1998)
- NIST Traceable Calibration Certificate is optional
