Applications: Granulates, powders, sewage sludge granules, road salt, table salt and sea saltThe AP-FS4.2 is a customer-calibratable universal material moisture meter for the rapid determination of water content in salts, granulates and powders using defined sample quantities.
The meter provides measurement results within seconds without the need to grind or otherwise prepare the sample. Simply select the appropriate material calibration, weigh the specified sample quantity using the supplied digital scale, fill the measuring chamber and read the water content and sample temperature directly from the display.
The AP-FS4.2 is suitable for road salt, table salt, sea salt and sewage sludge granules. Customer-specific calibration curves can also be created for other granulates and powders, making the instrument suitable for a wide range of industrial quality-control applications.
Automatic temperature compensation and bulk density compensation help provide reliable and repeatable measurements. Measured values can be stored in the instrument together with additional information such as supplier and batch data.
