231/100 - Circular Sample Cutter

This round cutter can be used to cut samples or specimens from materials for analysis, testing, or inspection. The 231/100 Sample Cutter has a sample cutout 100 cm2, Ø 113 mm, for max. 10 mm material thickness.

This model is very easy and save to use:

Position the material to be cut on the rubber plate while maintaining tension to prevent creases.
Center the sample cutter on the material, ensuring it rests preferably at the midpoint of the rubber plate.
Disengage the blocking pin by pulling it out and rotating it 90°.
Turn the hand wheel in a clockwise direction, completing slightly more than a 1/4 rotation (90°), while applying gentle downward pressure.
Secure the blocking pin by pulling it out and rotating it 90°.
Raise the sample cutter and retrieve the completed sample.
After each use, store the instrument with the blocking pin in the safety position (pressed in) to prevent hand injuries and blade damage.

This Circular Sample Cutter is commonly used in various industries, including textiles, paper, plastics, leather, and more.
