Advanced Force Test Stands
This series of force test stands is designed for tension and compression force testing applications, with force capacities up to 6,7 kN. When combined with a force sensor and IntelliMESUR® software, users can measure force and distance, set up a test, record, analyze, and output data. Series F force test stands are offered in several models, corresponding to different heights and force ranges.
Series FS05 or Series R07 force sensors are required for use with these force stands. To use the Series FS05 force sensors in combination with these models of the Series F Force Test Stands, the AC1083 adapter is required.
Set up tests, and record and analyze data using the IntelliMESUR® software. From basic testing to multi-step sequencing, IntelliMESUR® is fully integrated with Series F systems. Select from a pre-configured tablet control panel or standalone software for your own Windows device.
To run Series F test stands and extract force and distance data from the test stand and force sensor, IntelliMESUR® software is required. IntelliMESUR® is offered pre-configured on a tablet with mounting bracket, or as a standalone software application which may be installed on the user’s device.
For models ending in “-IMT”, a Windows tablet with attached ball mount and mounting bracket are included. From the home screen, quickly access up to 10 favorite tests. Associate an image with each favorite for easy identification.
With IntelliMESUR®, you can create and run a wide range of basic and multi-step tests, including:
Run individual runs or batches, and view data in graphical format or results tables. Measurement data can be stored or exported as needed. Generate a PDF report, including results, statistics, graph, system and user information, and comments. Personalize the report with your company logo and an additional image.
Create report templates to save with future reports.
The Series-F motorized force testers are developed as a stand-alone measuring test frame, no Force Gauge or Indicator is required to perform measurements.
They come in two versions with integrated touch screens and one version that is connected to your own windows computer.
For each version there are low load versions ranging from 0,5 to 2,5kN and higher load versions ranging from 3,4 to 6,7kN
The lower load ranges come in 3 vertical and one horizontal versions the higher load ranges come in 4 vertical versions.
The EasyMESUR® range has the smaller 7”display and comes in a basic setup.
It is equipped with 2 USB-C ports, one for PC connection and the other for an external flash drive.
Optional functions like Distance measurement, Distance limits, Pre-load, High speed extension. Low speed extension, cycling, break detection, load holding, followMe, graphing and reporting and PC control are available as single option, in packages or as a complete options package.
The IntelliMesur version of the Series-F motorized test stand is available with 10,1”screen or without screen for connection to PC.
It comes with all options from the EasyMESUR® as standard plus some extra features such as Overlay previous runs on graph and the option of COF measurement.
All devices are equipped with basic test wizards to guide you through a test setup.
There are options to extend the colums, add protective screens and a number of sensors in a range of loads compatible to the different test stands.
By using a PTAF adapter various customer supplied sensors can be used, the 705 series and up (3,4kN+) range needs an extra adapter.

Quick access favorites screen
Quickly access up to 10 favorite tests. Associate an image with each favorite for easy identification. Define your own favorites for faster test setup.
Point of view, Graph screen
The Graph view plots force vs. distance or force vs. time. Overlay up to 10 runs for visual comparisons.
Point of view Results screen
The Results view displays user selected results for each run. Statistics may be applied to selected results.
Multi-step test setup
Building upon basic test wizards, easily incorporate any combination of steps, with the ability to loop a sequence of steps.
Intelligent manual control
Manually control the test frame to obtain quick force and distance results, or manually position the crosshead prior to a test. Select from several actuation methods, including momentary (buttonhold), maintained (button release) motion, jog mode with three distance presets.
Calibrate force sensors
IntelliMESUR® provides an integrated utility, with an intuitive step-by-step wizard. Manual controls allow the technician to use the test frame to apply tension and compression forces. Alternatively you can remove the force sensors for off-site calibration with a Mark-10 Model M7I or M5I indicator.
|External limit switches
Solid-state upper and lower limit switches may function as test limits as well as test exceptions. Dual-graduated rulers aid in switch placement.
Most electronics are housed in an integrated module. They are easily replaced without special tools or processes.

Plug & Test® sensors for Series-F
The Series-F works uses its own version of the Plug & Test® sensors. Available are the FS05, FS06 and the R07. All are used for compression and tension testing and use the operating systems of the test stands.
The FS05 is available in a capacity range from 0,5 to 2,5kN and connects directly to the F105, F305 and F505 range test stands. When used on the F755 and F1505 range an extra adapter, AC1083, is required.
Plug & Test® technology saves all configuration and calibration information within the adapters PCB. This flexibility allows for interchangeability between multiple sensors with any Mark-10 Series F test frame.
The PTAF connector is an adapter that can be used to connect 3rd party strain gauge load cells, force- and torque sensors to the Series-F test stands. It can be connected directly to the F105, F305 and F505 range and via an extra adapter, AC1083, to the F755 and F1505 range, the M5I and the M7I indicators.
Sensor capacity and resolution may be configured via an included software utility, which includes a library of common force capacities from 0,5 N to 4.000 kN, and torque capacities from 7 Ncm to 57.000 Nm.
When an identification number is configured, it is displayed upon hardware power-up or the test stands display.
By removing the circuit board and side cover the third party sensor you can be connected to the PTAF adapter
Feed the cable through and connect the wires to the terminal block.
Replace the circuit board and side cover.
The sensor can now be configured using the included , Plug & Test Adapter Configuration software and used on the Series-7 test frame.
An extra adapter (AC1083) is required to connect the PTAF to the F755(S)/F1505(S) range test frames.
