Checkline’s single-element delay-line transducers provide exceptional accuracy in ultrasonic thickness measurement and surface flaw detection. Capable of measuring wall thicknesses from as little as 0.15 mm, they are engineered for seamless integration with the TI-PVX and TI-007X Series ultrasonic thickness gauges.

Available in 15 MHz and 20 MHz versions, each probe features a 1/4" crystal and a side-mounted microdot connector. These high-resolution transducers are optimised for use on steel, aluminium, plastics and other non-metallic materials, offering versatility across multiple inspection modes.

Delay-Line Transducer with Tips

The delay-line transducer is designed with a compact housing measuring 24.5 mm in total length, 17.5 mm body depth and 10.2 mm height. It is equipped with a microdot connector for secure attachment and reliable performance in precision ultrasonic applications.

Interchangeable delay-line tips are available in multiple sizes to suit different materials and inspection needs:

Cylindrical tips: 9 mm and 12 mm lengths, with a diameter of 7.37 mm.
Conical tips: 9 mm base diameter with end diameters of 4.5 mm or 3.75 mm for improved focus in narrow areas.
