High-performance LED stroboscope for stationary attachment with powerful light output for uniform illumination of very large webs
The new Checkline LS-36-LED inspection stroboscope is designed for stationary attachment to machines and is suitable for various optical inspection works. This stroboscope has 480 high-performance LEDs, which are arranged in a 60 x 8 matrix to enable bright, sharp images with an even light distribution for web widths of up to 1200mm and wider. Additional tracks can be covered with a series connection of two or more stroboscopes in a master /slave arrangement. In this case, perfect synchronization is achieved by transmitting the trigger signal using a connecting cable.
The LS-36-LED comes with the latest industrially available high-performance LEDs, which will not have to be replaced over the entire product life. The particularly large illumination area, its excellent light intensity and inaudible operation make this stroboscope the perfect choice for even the most difficult industrial application with very unfavorable lighting conditions. It is particularly suitable for continuous use, such as in the printing industry, steel processing industry or in label printing plants.

High focus: With an adjustable flash duration of 1-1000 µseconds, you can easily find the perfect balance between light intensity and image sharpness.
Flexible adjustment for all applications: The stroboscope can be controlled directly by the trigger signal of your system without further adjustments or control units. If you use several trigger signals simultaneously, you can toggle by using the switch on the side.
LS-FCM flash control module: A simple and inexpensive way to control the flash frequency. This control module just simply has to be plugged into one of the two inputs on the back of the device.
LS-SCU stroboscope control: For setting the flash frequency, phase shift, delay time and the trigger divider. This device is connected to the strobe by a cable and works like a remote control when the strobe is out of range.
