With the CHECK-LINE TI-25P Wall Thickness Gauge you can measure accurately the thickness of walls and the extent of corrosion from only one side!
When only one material is being tested then the TI-25P is the perfect choice because it holds a single ultrasonic velocity. You can start working right away because the velocity has been preset in the gauge.
The TI-25P has a Standard configuration: It is factory set to measure steel.
Additionally we offer the possibility to program the TI-25P to measure any other single material instead of steel. To be able to perform this optional configuration: Checkline Europe needs a sample of the material to be measured or the exact sound velocity of the material must be known.
The TI-25P is supplied as a complete kit with the gauge, probe, 4 oz. bottle of coupling fluid, 2 AA batteries, NIST Calibration Certificate, and Operating Instruction Manual - all in a foam-fitted carrying case.
For setting the ultrasonic velocity, a connection cable and software are supplied
